Absolutely Terrible
Stay away from Etana if you can, everything takes way more time than they claim and come up with excuses about being busy, I have opened up several tickets with no responses for weeks. All of my tickets have been closed with no response or resolutions from Etana, Customer service would get negative stars if it were possible. Ticket #s do not matter. #202425

Approval process take time
Account approval process went smooth. Second approval is for linking the exchange, still pending. Once account is approved it should be easier to link to an exchange. I created a ticket 201439 for this. Thanks KR Fede EDIT: Impossible to link the exchange, the process is bugged. The issue is not solved

I'm wondering if it's a joke..
I'm wondering if it's a joke... Waiting for account verification since march 13th (ticket 134712), as kraken force us to use this service. Knowing that we're talking about a company that will "care" about my money, i'm a little scared for the future...
