I'm still not connected and can't access my Software I didn't get an ID for access the software and when I try to get my username and password it doesn't work I'm not happy about that and calling customer service now

Next to impossible to install for Sage. On the phone with our IT and installer tech for 3 hours today.

it isn't really fair to review a product before I have actually had it downloaded and tried to use it. i need to get it first.

It does a good job at take off, but it is hands down the most inefficient takeoff software in existence. Most days i just want to slit my own throat because of this software. If i work a 14 hour day lets say, then 4 or more hours of that is waiting on, or dealing with some issue with etakeoff. I hate it.
