We invested in etakeoff because we already use sage for our estimating. The bridging process sounds amazing till we figured out it was not transferring the amounts correctly. Tim the only representative in our region to help us, was zero help. He couldn’t figure out why it was not working correctly. Spent almost a year not being able to even use this software. Can’t even get a response back for help or to get a refund. All these good reviews and it sounds like we just got a terrible representative to help us. Wish things could have went differently, probably would have made my job easier.

We never was able to install etake because the Sage 100 issue was not resolved.

So far I have not had a successful start up. The add Ons didn’t work and have not had the start up helps and video. Can’t use the program as had hoped I’ll be happy to rewrite this if you can make it work. But so far, a week later, nothing. Hard to recommend the program with so much potential and AFTER $3200 later.

No follow up. Haven’t received my activation code paid two weeks ago. !!

Too cumbersome.
