This listing was perfect for our group of 8. The house was clean all around and very spacious. Everything was nice and updated and had all the amenities we needed. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a place to stay especially if you plan on rafting on American River.

Amazing experience! This cabin has it all and more! We loved the views, the hot tub and sauna! Everything is so well maintained and so clean! The finishes in this cabin are luxurious! They provided Nespresso pods and plenty of towels! The location is perfect if you like downtown blue ridge, hikes and the Toccoa River. Perfect rental for families too! Definitely will return!

I worked side by side with Sammy on an inspection everything was done with wonderful communication and was done with lots of ease because of his help.

As a new short term rental property owner I did not know where to begin. I decided to go with Estaga. From day one Estaga Team has been very helpful with onboarding process, rentals and customer satisfaction. The team is always available to answer any question or concern and they address any issues immediately. The team is very professional, courteous and helpful. I like to give special Shout out to Santiago who I work with directly. He is nothing but pleasure to work with. I generally do not write any reviews but my experience with Estaga has been so positive and great that I had to write review and acknowledge the Estaga team for their professionalism. Thank you Santiago and Estaga Team!!

We have had a good experience with Estaga and they have done a nice job of managing our property. They try to keep it as full as possible and we have had very positive guest reviews. They are responsive to my requests and questions.
