The communication during our stay was clear. The unit was exactly as described. Exactly what you hope for when renting short term. There were basic kitchen items left behind which made coffee possible! What else do you really need in life!

Nathan was easy to deal with and gave clear instructions on what needed to be done. Happy to do business again

Horrible, horrible and horrible. They could care less about the landlord. They are short-term thinkers and the cost me hundreds of dollars. I would not let them manage my kid's treehouse

Manny is my main contact and I can say he's on top of it. Manny has been a pleasure to work with and always makes sure things get done. Thank you for the team work and look forward to the future endeavors! Thanks again, James Williams.

The lady at Lake Murray SC is horrible. No customer service skills, tried to sabotage a family relationship through a rental. Found it hard to do her job when home was left in almost perfect conditions. Made up things to report to the owner that was not true and we had photos to prove how clean we left it. Said furniture was moved and things like that when it's her job to get it back to rent ready again. Will be coming for her at the BBB.

We handle appliance repairs for them, and the experience is always seamless. Nathan, the manager, is a fantastic communicator—always clear, prompt, and professional. It is a pleasure partnering with a team that makes coordination so easy. Highly recommended!
