Scam company?? Don't know. If you don't take action,they'll get away with it. I followed the remarks of another notifier, and protrested and claimed inmediate refun. Low and behold, within 2 days I got a refund of 114.55 \Euro, out of the 131.51 originally charged. Balance was for actual cost US ESTA visa.
