Estaderma is the best company to deal with when making purchases. I made an order but didn’t realize my order had to be a minimum of $50.00. I had already sent the money via “Remitly”. Because I didn’t spend the minimum they couldn’t create the order so, I emailed Estaderma and they said pick another item so we can create the order. I did and sent the amount for that item through Remitly. There was an issue with Remitly and Estaderma’s account number. Once we got that straightened out the order was created and will ship soon. I’m mentioning all this because, yes, it might take a day or two before they can email you back. But if you think about it, this is a company that ships items all over the world. I can’t even imagine how many orders they get in a day. They have always replied to me when I’ve had a question or issue. It took us almost a week and a half to two weeks to get this issue resolved. But we did get it resolved, no one got frustrated, we kept communicating and got everything resolved. I never at any time thought they would rip me off or not give me my items. I have complete faith in them and will continue ordering from them. They are an excellent company who cares about their customers.
