Beware of 14 day and ongoing direct debits
Seems that I am not the only one.... charged in full before the product even arrived. 2 more $150 debits after that the invoices went to spam ( they told me to look in spam !!! suspect they design the emails to go there ) then a negotiatiated 80% refund on the second debit. Stung for $350 aĺl up after a refund of 80% on the last "order" that is yet to arrive. Update : Multiple emails and my phone number sent twice and no further contact other than "we will be in touch, keep your lines open". In the meantime I have discovered that the same product can be purchased on ebay for half the price....... still waiting for a call. Update: A barely intelligable voice message left another email to them and no further call. Update: Conversation with someone who barely spoke english explaining the fine print. I tried to explain ethics. Still waiting on the 80% refund for the product that is yet to arrive. Update: Karen called this morning and listened with a little more empathy and understanding. I suggested a 30 dqy trial might be more in line with what other companies offer. She provided tracking details for my latest "order" and refunded 50% of the second purchase which put the price more in line with other online stores. Whilst not 100% happy with having 3 of the product I will use it up and maybe give some of it to friends to try. Refunds have been recieved and my final delivery may arrive tomorrow.... Update 17 days and still no product .... but a nice followup phone call from Karen this morning with a free sample on its way to share with friends. I have raised my star rating to reflect a more positve outcome.
