Total, utter, complete Scam!!
This company tricked me with a 'free trial product' just pay shipping and handling. I was not aware I was signing up to a monthly scheme. They then stole my credit card details and as I had not canceled the trial or returned the product in 14 days (it arrived on day 14!) $187 was then taken from my account! I have had to cancel my cards, have no access to money and a large sum of money had been stolen from me! It's also incredibly hard to cancel the trial you have unwillingly signed up to. Go straight to the fine printed easy cancel at the bottom of their website page then straight to the bottom of the next page and screenshot evidence as I am still unsure it has actually been canceled. The product is the cheapest crappiest crap ever, worse than dog fecal matter. It arrived dented and cheap looking and doesn't even smell nice or like argen oil. I hope my banks fraud investigation serves it to you Essence or Argen! Refund my money immediately!
