Your customer service is helpful I have informed you several times by email that the last time I ordered 2 out of 5 jars of cream, they were chewed up, almost dried out and unusable. It was probably tampered with at customs. Customer service said that they would send me an extra jar during shipping as a goodwill gesture from your company. Please do not forget the sixth jar during shipping. Thank you.
