Hi Meva, Thanks for the feedback. As we mentioned in our emails, the issue stemmed from the structure of your rubric. Each rubric criterion had only one possible score, whereas a typical rubric would include a range of scores to reflect the different levels of student performance for that criterion. Because of that, our AI models gave full credit as long as the section was attempted by the student. This isn’t a product bug, but a limitation of the rubric you used. We did reach out with suggestions to improve your rubric and offered help in adjusting the setup, but we didn’t hear back. We’d still be happy to work with you to resolve this. Hi Anuja, we do not support infographics at this time - only text based essays. That said, our AI engineering team is experimenting with infographics and we hope to have an update for you soon! Update July 25, 2025: Anuja, we are releasing EssayGrader 4.0 in a month here. This version will allow teachers to grade long research papers, essays with visual elements as well. One of our largest client was in Beta and the results were extremely promising. So, we are releasing the feature to the entire user base in EssayGrader 4.0. We are hoping that you would give us another try.
