Great, fast service

The only reason I am giving a 3 star review is for the simple fact that the agents we have worked with have been great-Tyler and Clayton rock! Otherwise I would give 1 star for the debacle that has happened this year with my rates. My rate for the past 2 years was under $200. Three days before my event I get a call that says mybrate isn't right and will go up. I asked for a quote-almost $2000!!!! Mistakes happen, but this is a MASSIVE unbudgeted expense for us. I am seriously considering switching my business to a company that has quoted me an even higher rate just because they didn't make such a massive error for 2 years in a row.
