Hi, they are very responsible. I always get an answer on WhatsApp and email. I like this company, they give you they plan that you choose. No scam, no waste time nor money. 5 Star for the team Esimcard.us. Specially the costumer service on WhatsApp is very patient and gentle.

You did great. However, I need more support from T-Mobile. I cannot access their website to upload cash to the eSim.

What a quick & beautiful service. No less than any blessing. Before my travel to US, I am able to purchase an esim and no more hassle to look around for a sim. WhatsApp support is amazing as they stayed from suggestion till sim activation and this whole process took 3-5mins
