We understand that you're unable to install the eSIM due to phone settings. However, this doesn't mean that your eSIM is not activated or working with your phone. Our customer service team advised unlocking your phone to ensure seamless eSIM installation. We regret that we are unable to process any refunds after the eSIM has been issued.
