Hi there, You bought a top-up and were left unsure whether it had worked. We're sorry it turned out that way. It did land: the allowance on your eSIM went from 2 GB to 4 GB. A top-up adds data without extending the validity, so those 2 GB stayed tied to the original seven days and went unused when the plan expired on 7 May.
