I have used eSIM Dog three times now, purchasing the 20GB plan for Slovakia each time, and my experience has been amazing. The coverage and network reliability are top-notch. I never had to worry about losing my connection. What really sets them apart is the value. I’ve tried a lot of different eSIM providers over the years, but currently, absolutely none of them can compete with eSIM Dog’s prices. It’s also incredibly easy to track your data usage, so you always know exactly where you stand. But honestly, the absolute best feature is that they let you choose your breakout IP location! I haven't seen this option offered anywhere else, and it makes a huge difference depending on what you need to access while abroad or improve surfing experience. If you are planning any EU travels or long stays, I can fully recommend them. Fantastic service, great features, and unbeatable prices.

Original review: Scammers. Using some option you can sign up for a weekly payment instead of a one-off. If you make such mistake they will keep charging you without an option to cancel. They send no invoices at all and do not have accounts to manage subscription. Update: Eventually it was my fault for using an old and defunct email at apple pay, hence their automated system couldn't resolve my support case. Thanks to CMO of eSIM.dog for taking a look and resolving the case!

Hi Tony, We have reviewed your case, and we owe you an apology. Money leaving your account week after week for something you no longer wanted is both frustrating and wrong. What happened comes down to two different email addresses. The order was placed from one, and you contacted us from another. Your invoices and the link to your order page, which is where the subscription can be cancelled, were all sent to the address on the order, so none of them ever reached you. You then came to us and asked for the charges to stop, and we did not act on it. We should have found your order and cancelled the subscription for you that same day. We regret that we did not, and we are working on making sure no customer is left without a resolution like this again. The subscription has been cancelled. Used it across 2 different countries through 3 months. It's been a fantastic service from end to end. Buying it was instant (where in some other places takes some time and search), activating it was a matter of clicking a link (where others send you stupid QRs or manual instructions that are sometimes really hard to do, you need someone else holding the QR and etc). Also one time, by my own mistake, I refreshed the page while buying so I bought it twice, wrote to support and in question on minutes I got my refund, no questions asked ! I'll keep using the service as also their price is among the cheapest I found. Really great !
