Excellent experience working with Bob and his team. Straightforward conversations, thoughtful suggestions as you specify more precisely what you’re looking for, and always, always pro-active follow up. Especially in this changing virus period, Bob looks out for his customer’s interest. I heartily recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with purchasing tickets from eSeats. The app to select seats is very user-friendly and the purchasing process was very easy. When asking questions about tickets the team was extremely responsive to questions and resolved questions very timely. I even received a phone call follow up not just an email! The personalized experience was awesome. Thanks so much Bob for all of your help. I will definitely use eSeats again for any future ticket purchases.

I feel totally confident buying tickets through eSeats. There are so many ticket companies out there that I would not trust as much as working with Bob at eSeats. He will always try to find the best value for you and stand behind his business. I will continue to use them for all my ticket needs.

We bought some NBA tickets but due to the Covid situation the games were canceled. Bob kept me informed all the time and the refund was made. Excelent service. I will be using eseats again for sure.

Will definitely be using eSeats again, due to the virus was not able to see the Yankees play, but have booked for next year so will hopefully be able to to buy tickets from eSeats again. Bob and his team were great with me they replied to every email and refunded soon as they were able to. Great service guys and here's to a better year in 2021

Good luck trying to find concert tickets at a better price, this should be your ONLY one-stop-shop because you won't be able to beat eSeats pricing, seat selection or service. Bob and his amazing team makes your experience 1st class, from the beginning to end! THANK YOU for all you and your team do to create entertainment memories that'll last a lifetime for my wife and I!

Just read the review re another eSeats client's cancellation of tickets at PNB Paribas and want to simply echo those comments. My experience with eSeats was great from their help in ordering to their tremendous proactive service in generating a refund. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

I originally got tickets through eSeats for the BNP Paribas Tennis Open in Indian Wells, CA. But, due to growing hysteria over the Corona virus, the tournament was canceled. I was already impressed with the really remarkable personal and speedy service from eSeats - with the CEO of the company calling me out of the blue to make sure I had received the service I needed. But the company's response to the "corona cancel" was the frosting on the cake (or suds on the beer depending on your preferred guilty pleasure). Debbie responded to the situation and IMMEDIATELY refunded the money for my tickets. No questions. No hassle. And with the friendliest demeanor to boot. My reply below: "Thanks for the SUPER quick reply, Debbie. By the way, I just have to say I have rarely received the sort of customer service from ANY vendor that I have received from eSeats, service I have to admit I didn’t expect from a ticket vendor called “eSeats.”. I can’t remember the last time I hung up the phone or read an email after interacting with a company and told my wife how totally awesome and personal the experience was. You. Guys. ROCK. Thanks again, Debbie; I’m certain I’ll be doing business with you in the future." "eSeats" may sound pretty generic - their service is anything but.
