eSeats.comReviews of eseats.com

Been a tennis fan for a long time but never had an opportunity to go to a major tennis event. A search online brought us to eSeats. We connected with Bob from eSeats via phone. My wife and I were able to get some fantastic seats and prices for the BNP Paribas quarterfinals last Thursday. We were so happy with the quarterfinals match, we reached out to Bob for tickets for the semifinals on Friday. He was able to help us get into great seats in the Luxury Suites at a great price. The suites were really great, and that's the way to go! This has been a wonderful experience for us. Wished we had found eSeats years ago. Bob is professional, courteous, and accommodating. He is the Jerry Maguire for this industry. Will be passing along our experiences to friends, family, and colleagues. Thanks again for what you do, Bob!

My wife and I had an incredible experience with eseats.com, and really enjoyed the entire experience at Indian Wells. The ticket buying experience was seamless and easy.

I recently bought tickets for a tennis event. Rates were good and customer service was excellent. Overall a great experience and will be using eseats again for future events.

My wife and I are celebrating an anniversary and wanted a great two days watching pro tennis at Paribas. Eseats not only had the best prices on the best located seats but went the extra mile to be sure they were in the shade, best viewing, and walked me all the way through the process. Service above self, showing real passion for people, and taking extra time will have us going back to eseats for all our future needs! Outstanding job!

I bought Tickets to the Tokyo Olympics from eseats. When the event didn’t happen due to Covid they were able to get me a refund of most of my money. They set clear expectations and delivered on their promises. Good job.

The cancellation of the Tokyo Olympics was difficult for E-Seats, I'm sure. I did receive refunds for my two orders and personal assistance with locating the credits with the two different credit cards I had used for the original purchases. Great service. See you in Paris.

Eseats to the rescue. I am not sure what E stands for in eseats but based upon my experience it stands for excellence and ease. excellence in customer service and ease of getting great seats effortlessly. The best !

Thanks eSeats for getting us excellent last second seats for the US Open! You’re the best and our Go-To for tickets.
