Melted paid for insulated packing it…
Melted paid for insulated packing it was hot to the touch. Driver left it in full sun. There is a Covered porch by front door a good 20 to 30 degrees cooler. Plenty of space. Worse Was the driver left it by the garage sometimes we park out side like today. Went out most of the day steaming hot . I get home and all the product is hot again porch. Do they breed morons? I paid a lot for the product paid for the extra protection gladly and you left it in full sun. Then I call no answer so another day with product I can’t use.

Amazing product & customer service
I was fortunate to try Erth Wellness products from a family member and was impressed with the quality and experience. I decided to place my own order. I was so excited when I received the delivered notification (4 days earlier than expected!), but when I went to get the package I saw it was too light and small for what I ordered. Turns out there was just an invoice slip in my empty box haha. I immediately went to contact Erth Wellness and Meghan from the live chat helped get me a new order shipped ASAP even though it was late Friday afternoon. She was super friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the care and support Erth Wellness provided and am excited to try the new product I ordered when it arrives. Honestly didn't expect such a quick and painless experience from this so was so relieved at how amazing the CX is.

I had an order that I didn't get
I had an order that I didn't get. It was delivered to an address I had just moved from and old roommate threw it away. Spoke with Megan and she got a replacement sent to me right away. No hassle, very friendly and professional. Great company you have here ❤️❤️❤️
