Due to an Address unreadable the Dime vape( cbd cabn cbg) package rerouted and was sent back. It did from once it was received i was sent Another. I waited all this time and cant get a hit from the vape. Its charged I have tried all 3 strengths..no matter how hard I pull no smoke comes out . I have to say I do not like to constantly complain , 1st was lost now broken? Lights come on etc u have to understand im disabled and ssi check isn't the amount of money I can waste $20÷ . Idk what to do or how do I send a video to show you that it's not hitting. I was a good customer if service support were people I'd probably be sent a new Dime vape ASAP .

There is no customer service # i have been waiting almost 2 months for product. No product, and no refund.automatic responders.

I use the monthly autoship for a couple vapes which has saved me not only some money but also time. It just arrives monthly, and if I need it earlier I can just request it sooner than later. Vapes are top notch.. I have nothing negative to say about Erth!
