I liked the fact that the shipping was speedy but I did not like the fact that in order to have free shipping I needed to buy $100 of merchandise. It used to be $50. Raising it to $100 is way too much.

I love the products and the web-site is so easy to use. Also always helpful when I call for product advice

The company changed the products I normally purchase. I did not like the new products and probably will not buy items from the company if I could not be reassured that I could not buy the same items later.
