As a former cosmetologist, I worked for a different lines over the years. Erno Laszlo is still my favorite (and I managed the counter at Nordstrom years ago)…definitely worth every penny if you’re after the best skincare!

Shake-It Tinted Skin Treatment is the only thing that clears up my oily skin. However the shipping cost to Canada is ridiculous.

I enjoyed my products but was extremely disappointed that I didn’t receive any free samples although I spent about $100 I had to do 2 separate orders because their site was glitching.

I have been an Erno Laszlo customer for more than 40 years. I am disappointed in your customer service. When I call in to ask a a question about the product the response is usually vague. However my biggest complaint is that you have been out of Firmarine SPF 30 for a long time with no good answer about if/when it's coming back or what will replace it.
