This product seems to be good so far. :) It's sleek and makes me feel confident that my issues with my wrists will subside.

Ergo Experts was the only site carrying the keyboard tray that would work with my desk and when I needed to modify the order they were really great at handling that over the phone. I give them an A+.

Item is very sturdy (strong metal -- not plastic). Simple to install.

Ergo Experts had the hard to find product I was looking for. Packaging was sturdy when received and protected the heavy pieces. I did not select a faster shipping method, so it took a few day before they sent the package to the shipping company, but not an unreasonable time and was accurate to shipping description on their website. Price is a little higher than I would have liked, but the keyboard tray was a very well made, sturdy metal design, no cheap plastic where they could have cut corners. It looks built to last and would buy again from them due to quality of product.

I purchased the Handshoe mouse through ErgoExperts. The mouse was defective due to having some sort of electronic issue where it kept shutting off and needed resetting. Once I notified them of the issue, they put me in touch directly with the Handshoe company who trouble-shooted my problems and eventually sent me a new mouse. I cannot attest to ErgoExperts in how they work with returns of products neither can I vouch for anything else outside of this first experience of mine buying through them.

My order was shipped quickly and i'm very satisfied with the quality of the tray, its sturdy and durable. Mike Richards could not have been more helpful in helping find the best keyboard tray that works for me. Thank you!
