Having bought an Office Master PT62…
Having bought an Office Master PT62 from this company I would advise going elsewhere. I would strongly suggest also looking into other chair types as this one is not working correctly and no matter how often you ask for answers or explanations, you end up waiting forever! It is also dangerous as it slips out of being a flat seat into a tilted seat and propels one forward. I have not sat in it since I did that because I almost fell. Have had a few problems and typically it takes a couple of weeks if you are lucky to get an answer. I have had this chair for a while now and it is still unusable.

Terrible customer service
Extremely rude customer service and unhelpful, no attempt made to resolve the situation. Significant delays with processing time and time to ship. Customer service hung up instead of attempting to explain the nature of the issue. Absolutely would NOT recommend.

Once shipped, depending on your location, delivery can be expected within 1-5 business days. Your specific order was shipped in 3 business days, but we do deeply apologize for any inconvenience that delay has caused.
