Did not receive item. Communication however was consistent and a refund was eventually issued. Something went wrong with their dropshipping contract I would say.

Never received my Equirelief Massager, asked for a refund. They wrote me back via email and said it would be in my account within 3-5 business days…. In Jan 2026…Nada…… had to escalate with PayPal. Got my refund approved through PayPal, today March 21 2026 .Don’t waste your time or money, this site feels fraudy.

They are a con. 4 months nothing, they are a Chinese concern not uk. They said twice via a automated service you have 3 options 3 being full refund. Select this and they say refund made you will have it in 7 days even though no details taken. Then 4 weeks later and a third enquiry and this time the automated reply says its on its way another 6 weeks later nothing. Temu and Amazon have the same machines 1/3 the price, any good??? but at least you will get them.

Item didn’t arrive. Initially they would respond and said they were having shipping issues, but then they stopped answering. I contacted my bank to refund my money, and received an update that my order was cancelled. Still no refund. Avoid.

Never recieved the product. They kept telling me they are having issues with the shipping company but its been well over a month and they have now just stopped responding to me. It is giving big time scam red flags. Company is suppose to be in USA but ships from china? I have not recieved a refund or a response to my last two emails. Update- Took a long time but got a refund

I ordered the Equirelief 8 head massage gun in 30th December 2025. I still haven't received it . Initially Ashley told me they were over whelmed with orders and my order would be fulfilled soon . I got an email notifying me of shipping info on 11th January . By 24th Jan still no movement on shipping. Hadn't been picked up by courier. I emailed again . I was told there was an issue with their courier company that had now been sorted. My order would be sent in the next 2 days. 5 day later still no movement on tracking. Another email sent last Friday 30th Jan with no response. Then I sent another email 3rd Feb and no response. Not impressed. I now want a refund.

Ik heb besteld op 7 jan 2026 nog steeds niets ontvangen heb meerdere keren mail contact gehad met Ashley eerst vertraging door de feestdagen daar kan ik me iets van voorstellen maar paar weken later met de belofte komen dat het zou worden opgestuurd. Ho maar !!! En geen reactie meer niet via mail en niet via WhatsApp !!!Ik ga hier werk van maken !!!
