Never received product after 2 months. Requested refund. Was told it would occur in 3 to 7 business days. This has not happened. Escalating to reporting to credit card and FTC. Very disappointed.

I ordered my item on January 13th and still have not received it. Last week when I sent what was probably my 3rd or 4th follow up email, I was told I would get a full refund and when there were more in stock one would be shipped out to me. I have no idea when that will be but I do know that I have not received my refund yet. The only good thing is I did receive polite and expedient replies to the several follow-up emails I sent inquiring as to where my massager was.

Order Christmas time, no correspondence until I message 2 weeks ago only to be told it wasn’t available due to shipping. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a common thing. Only good part was I was refunded quickly

Is this a joke? I still haven't even recieved anything yet and it was purchased in Dec!!! I was offered alternatives due to the delay and can't get specific product info/specs to make a decision. This has been an extremely terrible experience and as of now I have neither a product nor my money.
