Unfortunately, overseas shipping delays are outside of our control. • We offered full refunds, order cancellations, and in-stock alternatives multiple times, as well as a free $20 credit towards express shipping so you could receive your order even faster. • In our final effort to make things right, we even offered for you to keep the item plus receive a 20% refund, simply because your satisfaction mattered the most to us. We are a small business, and we genuinely did everything within our power to turn this into a positive experience for you.
