Everything was great, the customer service and the products. The only inconvenience I had was that when I made the order, I choose the delivery option that said 3-4 working days, and I needed it to arrive within that time. I made the order a Saturday, which means the package should have arrived at the latest on Thursday. I was in communication with customer service this whole time because the products were urgent, and they were great but the package ended up arriving 2 days after they told me.

Hi Adriana! We’re sorry to hear there was confusion about the delivery timeframe. For clarity, the shipping option you select at checkout refers to the transit time — the time it takes for the postal service or courier to deliver the package once it has left our warehouse. In addition to transit time, all orders require 1–3 business days of order processing time before they ship. This processing time allows us to prepare, pack, and quality-check your order, and it is listed on our website. Because your order was placed on a Saturday (outside our business hours), the processing timeframe began the next business day (Monday), which extended the total delivery window further. Customer service was very responsive. I gave them some grace, being a small company, and they gave me a $15 gift card due to excessive wait time on some stirrups I ordered. I wasn’t expecting to wait three weeks when I ordered, but they came as expected, and I am happy with the product. I was also able to get a product from them that I could not find elsewhere!
