I chose this escrow for their crypto options. The exchange went well, until payment ... Their website & masterbucks provide certain details and TOS that were not respected at all, not to mention arbitrary requirements that were not specified anywhere. After waiting longer than their max time specified for withdrawal approval, I contacted support via their website chat. They told me that my issue was forwarded to my account manager but I didn't heard back from them. I contacted my escrow manager that provided unheard of requirements for withdrawal. After supplying the details, they sent me the crypto with a transaction fee so low, that it would not have been confirmed, ever! Not to mention their badly managed funds that required way more bytes than it should have! In the end I had to pay for their badly managed transaction and key management out of my own pocket! I felt robbed and lied to! On top of it, I didn't received any receipt that proved they acquired and sent the right amount of crypto to me. - easy escrow transaction - 0 customer feedback and transparency - extra terms that you will find out in the process - below average customer support Avoid Epik!

Terrible. Horrible customer service, never got the domain I purchased and they don't take responsibility for their failures either. I lost money and time due to their incompetence. Stay away!

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Epik. Recently used their NameLiquidate.com platform to liquidate a small portion of my portfolio. Solid and innovative services -- customer support is what they would call legendary. Cheers.

Company is horrible when it comes to selling domains. They push off any offer for their clients, unless they are going to make a substantial payoff. In fact a website sitting for 15 years dormant, and they are marking it up over 10x the value to make a better commission. They will not even pass information which is hindering potential revenue for their client. HORRIBLE COMPANY - STAY AWAY!

Sorry I didnt update this sooner. I need to retract my initial positive review of March 2020. Epik quickly become untrustworthy, unreliable, and quite shady in the Fall of 2022. No one responded to my emails and messages on Namepros forum after Sep-2022 forcing me to lose all trust all confidence in them and costing me thousands of dollars in transfer-out charges, lots of time lost as well, and undue stress. I would not trust any incarnation of that registrar.

Like most people who have come to know about this service, I am too all praise for Epik.com and particularly there sincere customer service. Internet Freelancing is a daunting field. Since most of the times you are not dealing directly with your client/customer, there is so much chance for error. Most of the time it requires you to take large leap of faiths to put your trust in someone. Sometimes things to go south and sometimes you get to meet the most genuine and cordial people as Rob, the CEO of Epik.com. I used Epik.com for their Escrow Service as I needed to transfer funds to Pakistan - no other service would do that. What I found, throughout the process, is a CEO and a team that is dedicated to empowering those struggling in this field. Just for instance, I literally pestered Rob with silly questions as I needed some clarity and in return I always found a patient and a genuinely concerned reply. And no I did not wait for days on to get a single reply. The answer came in minutes - that too from the CEO himself. For those still on the edge, just try reaching out to their customer service, you will positively be delighted and completely sold.
