Thank you for Epik and the AWESOME support from Nelson C. I recently migrated my services from a firm I was using for almost 20 years and Nelson handled it from start. I could have NEVER done this on my own and Nelson had the patience and knowledge to make it happen. I highly recommend Epik and I highly commend Nelson for a job well done! I can’t say thanks enough and hopefully your team at Epik recognizes you (Nelson) for your greatness!

I can't believe the amazing service and value at this company. Cheaper than Godaddy. All the same services. Friendly very helpful customer service. I've been in the digital marketing space for 20 years and this is by far one of the best registration/hosting companies that I have ever had to work with. Plus I am saving tons of money per registration.

Jessica was a rock start helping me get started on the process of switching all my stuff over.

I switched my domain registration and web hosting to Epik after other registrars and hosting sites began shutting down sites simply because they didn't agree with the points of view expressed on them (although it's perfectly legal to express opposing points of view). I haven't regretted that decision: the products work as advertised, all the time; and the customer service has exceeded all expectations. If I have questions, I get fast responses. I highly recommend Epik without reservation!

I made a huge error and reached out to customer service. I can not say enough good things about it. Yes, there was a wait, but only 7 people and I waited watching the number go to 1. A wonderful service agent Jessica, took moments to fix my issue and I will say I have not had service this amazing in many many years. I am one happy customer.

Just AWESOME , I have started with Epik many years ago when one of my domains @ Brand4sales.com was sold thru Hire Purchase or Lease to Own, and Epik was the first registrar that recommended by the buyer that provide such instalments plan. It was successful deal completed and buyer is now one of fastest growing internet brands selling ceramic products. Recently , I met one of the Epik VP of Asia , May Chen, and has started to transferring my domains to Epik and listed for sales. All incoming enquires are well handled by May Chan. Never I realised Epik is so innovative with many new features like the individual domain marketplace development, NameLiquidate.com etc Well done and congratulations to Epik. Epik was recognised also as Best Registrar Worldwide in Nampros 2020 Annual Industry Vote.
