Epik LLCReviews of epik.com

After two back-to-back scares, both that got resolved quickly, I am compelled to write this testimonial. Late Friday (6pm), I posted a marketing campaign and again on Saturday morning. Due to my own neglect on some settings on my c-panel, i discovered one of my websites was down. In a panic, I called and got Rob. He got my problem solved FAST. What a relief, on a friday, going into the weekend. Then on Saturday, Jaime assisted me on a different issue that I created for myself while using their website builder for the first time. Jaime was patient, knowledgeable of what was happening, and my problem was resolved within minutes. THANK YOU, JAIME!

I have been an Epik client for about two weeks and have been blown away by my experience. In comparison to GoDaddy it's a night and day difference. Setting up a consumer facing website from scratch is difficult. I know enough to be dangerous but I'm rusty and need support integrating various services that are somewhat technical and beyond my knowledge. With each integration or challenge I've been able to jump on their chat and their agents have patiently, steadily, cheerfully coached me through every step of the process. I've worked with them mostly off hours as this is a side project and they're always available with almost no wait. The knowledge and service is also tops. I had a contractor quote me $375 to solve a tricky DNS issue. Instead I jumped on chat with Epik and they helped me through the problem. It was resolved in a matter of 20 minutes. I left GoDaddy because they were shutting down websites for political reasons. I don't have a political website but in principal this is wrong and in practice presents a significant risk given how much control they have. It would be irresponsible to allow them that much control over my site when they might, at any time, for any reason, shut arbitrarily shut it down. What I didn't know is GoDaddy provides almost no service. Their goal was pretty much to upsell me on things I didn't need. It's no longer a quagmire of confusing esoteric screens with little to no guidance. Epik is here to help me build this website and provide excellent support! Thank you to Jessica, Anand, and Nelson for all the help and to Epik for providing such an amazing service!

amazing costumer support! best online interaction we've had

Epik support is the greates i know in the world of domaining

Speedy response from the same person throughout - so polite and helpful.

I've been using Epik for years, hosting 100+ domains without a single problem. Their support is fast and they offer me several monetising opportunities for my domains that are simply excellent (e.g. letting people rent my domains). Recently May Chen helped me sell a domain I would have never thought I could get anything from. I'm not easily impressed, but Epik is constantly amazing.

Jamie was awesome and helped me set up my sub domain URL forwarding. I'll be transferring more domains to epik as a result

Excellent customer service, always helpful and friendly. great pricing, great security. Prompt attention to issues. As they say, legendary customer service.
