I have been with Go Daddy for years and have now moved all my sites to Epik. I am a pastor of a church and use epic for our church website. I also use it for my own personal website prodigalmike.com. Unlike GoDaddy, they do not sensor conservatives or liberals or anyone for that matter, and if I had known of the quality and customer service at epic I would have moved years ago just for that reason alone. They have been awesome! I called customer service on a Saturday night and actually spoke with Rob Monster who is the founder, and CEO of the company. He told me he was helping his people out because they were overwhelmed with the amount of calls they were getting. He was very helpful and spent a lot of time on the phone with me. I was never so impressed with anyone who I had called for help on the telephone as I was with Rob. He spent time with me that he did not have to spend. He was very personal and helpful and encouraging! He even prayed for me and my church over the phone! I bet you won't find someone at Godaddy that will do that! If you're thinking of opening a website you can trust EPIK.

I can't say enough good things about the support at Epik... With the chat box, I'm getting help immediately and have had every issue figured out very fast! After switching over to Epik, my website loaded a lot faster than my old hosting provider...

Solves problems within seconds via chat. price / quality is great

had a hard time figuring out settings and sorting through the confusion of applying domains with services and web builders etc. Contacted chat support and Amy walked me through every step and got every issue resolved in less than an hour. All other tech support from other companies have taken a day or two to get back with me on issue fixes but Epik was on it immediately, and outside of business hours. The service options looked mediocre at first but with a little more research and some tech support, I am very pleased with the options and services through Epik. 5 Stars

Cheap domains with great support I had a small issue with my credit card and support member Nhi Doan helped me quickly and easily I would recommend their service for anyone looking for cheap domains and great support!

Nelson was THE MOST HELPFUL person to chat with. He not only solved all my quesitons, he did it himself instead of me having to mindlessly wonder through the dashboard trying to figure out the best thing to do. He asked plenty of questions, so he knew exactly what I needed; fixed the issue then I was on my way. What could have taken me all day took us 30 minutes in a chat. Thank you Nelson for your exceptional customer service!!!! As I am new to Epik, it is easy to become overwhelmed and lost, Nelson made me feel at ease and comfortable that I can learn this new dashboard and not spend hours on hours figuring it out! If I could request Nelson every time I needed help, I would- 1000x over!
