Spoke to Cliff today who was an immense help, sorted out an issue that was ongoing. I can now use all my devices for emails, he also found that our website hosting was incorrect and is currently sorting this out. Thanks Cliff

I recently transferred my domain to Epik from GoDaddy when their prices just kept increasing. This is only the second domain registrar I've ever used, so I can't really compare it to others. However, I did end up needed to contact support as my site went down recently after my transfer (my fault entirely). I contacted them via an online chat, and they fixed the issue within minutes. Which actually prompted me to write this review, I have to say I was really impressed by the service they provided me and how fast they fixed the problem. Which was again was caused by my lack of understanding. As far as I can see, this is decent place to have your domain, and I'm more than happy I moved mine here.

Epik support is super helpful with quick responses. They were more than happy to help me out, even though I know next to nothing.
