Love the fire bulb

There is no way to reach the company by phone which is troublesome and it took them more than 48 hours to respond to my email that an item was broken. That was very frustrating.

The bulb looked just as expected (like it did in pictures). I ordered the base separately and it came within two days which was quicker than I expected. Only complaint is that the the bulb slips around in the base, it’s not as stable as I would like (the base that just illuminates the bulb, not screw in) but it’s really not that big of an issue.

Serious company. Good shipping. Good product. Good description. The product is a bit expensive, especially, when you have to pay customs

Beautiful lights but I was back ordered on the light base and a light. The shipping order didn't show the omission and had to communicate with EP to find out the status.

It was a good experience, and I have enjoyed the bulbs that I purchased. I would recommend these to other, and already have. Shipping took a while, but, that was all on the 2019 Polar Vortex. If you want a conversation starter, then start here!
