I have worked with many security companies in the past but by far Envision is the best. Love their customer service and the fact that they are local. Wonderful referral system for their customers.

I have had envision for several months now. It was easy install and system works great! I really like that they installed window sensors so my kids bedroom would not open any further with out notifying me

We had the Envision Security System installed in September of 2014. We were having such a bad experience with our previous security company and Envision came to the rescue. Not only did they help us get the old system cancelled without lots of extra fees but they installed the new Envision Security System to very same day. We have been so pleased and impressed with the system. It is easier to use, easier to read and I know if I ever need assistance, Envision will be right there for us. Thank you, Envision. We love the new system. I am only sorry we did not have your system installed FIRST!!!

Ever since i have had envision security in my home, I have had a peace of mind. My home got broken into and this helped my family and me be at ease. you get notifications right away if something happeneds. :) the best part its affordable and easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone.

They lied about the monthly pricing I would get. On top of that they never even installed all of the equipment they said would come with it. Completely over priced and they do nothing special to make up for the pricing. Their sales pitch is "Our customer service beats everyone go look at this rating online or go look at this award" Terrible wouldnt recommend to anyone

After having a competitor alarm company ADT I decided to look at other options just due to when calling ADT to aquire about upgrades and new product, now mind I've been a customer for 4 years, I was told to change product or add new equipment I would have to change my plan and instead of getting break I was going to be charged more as a current customer then as advertisement on television offered for new customers. You would think they would offer same or a little better deal to long term customers? I'm understand I won't get it free but being a long term loyal customer and to be treated as if I wasn't well that's where Envision came to door I heard what they had to offer and even had a second meeting it's them after visiting other one more option for security which was AT&T so I called Envision back to hear more told sales rep my into and prices from other security company's I looked into and they didn't just match features and equipment they went above and beyond so I would go with Envision security!

We were in the market for a home alarm and had already had a visit from a well known and used alarm company. Their representative seemed very dis-interested in being at our residence and that we should just be buying because of who they are. Envision Security just so happened to be visiting in our neighborhood and offered an amazing security package with a monthly alarm monitoring fee that was similar to what we had been quoted already. They had it installed the following day by a very knowledgeable technician and we received a follow up call from our sales reps to insure that everything was installed to our liking and to make sure we were happy with the entire system. They are also located locally which was a plus too. Thank you to Envision Security for making this such an easy and painless process.

We have just installed Envision Security System in our home. I like the ability to check my reports online and even in another state. I also like the different options we have with our new system that we never had before.
