I just moved to Arizona and was staying at my friends house until we closed on our new home. While there we noticed there home security system. Being a new homeowner I have never had a security system. One nite while we here there my 2 year old opened the back door while the system was armed. The alarm went off scaring everyone! My friend turned off the alarm within a few seconds. Then a few seconds later an operator came on over the loud speaker asking if everything was ok. We told them everything was fine but the operator would not let us go until we told her the secret password. We did and all was ok. Then a few minutes later there was a knock at the front door! It was the police! Just double checking that everything was ok. I was sold right then! It's a great security system and very user friendly. They also have great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Also in our new neighbor hood everyone has envision! So that has to say something about this company.

Since we got our alarm system put in we are more at ease knowing that our kids are safe we are more in control of our home when we are at work or just out and about. I would totally recommend envision to all my friends and family.

Thanks Envision for keeping my family safe. Recently my neighborhood experienced a high volume of home break ins. After living here for 18 years it was the 1st time we felt unsafe in our home, and we knew it was time to add a security system. I shopped around and made some calls to security systems companies. When I found Envision I was a bit skeptical because I wasn't familiar with company name. After doing some research I felt their technology and pricing was just what I was looking for. They came out the next day and installed what was needed for my home. The Salesperson didn't try to oversell me and was very patient. I am very pleased with the equipment and the service. So far, so good. I did have to move a sensor at the master bedroom, and so I called customer service to get the sensor back online. During the conversation, the call was lost. I was really expecting the service tech to call me back so I wouldn't have to start the whole process over from the beginning. He never did. I was bummed.

Truly I am glad that an Envision Rep knocked on my door. I was very unhappy with ADT. They fixed and handled my concerns. Not only do I feel more secure when I am home. They give me a better peace of mind when I leave my house. Plus, I can activate the alarm from my cell phone. Thanks Again!

The sales guys were not pushy, installation was a breeze. I love the convenience of having access to my panel through my phone, and that I am instantly emailed when an alarm is set off. the other thing I really appreciated was during our last power outage, the alarm company kept me more informed than our electricity company. great customer service.

We recently changed Security System Companies to Envision. So far so good. Nice sales persons. Came and got the installation done quickly. Cheaper monthly payment than the old.

I had another security company that I did not like. When Envision came to my home door and told me about how they work I felt in love this is a great change a made thank you.
