Almost perfect
I was sorry to see that the entire video needed tracking. I guess no one really checked & just hit record. Other than that it was okay. I just read your response & I'm satisfied that the tape was monitored & I do remember what a pain tracking was back then. In view of the age of the tape (approx 35 or more years). It's fine Thanks for your quick response!!!!

Hi Kathryn. Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry to hear you weren't 100% satisfied. All tape transfers are monitored throughout the entire transfer process, with tracking being adjusted the entire time. Our notes indicate that your tape was cued up, and ran for approximately 30 minutes once we started it. They also indicate that we had "minor tracking issues throughout the entire transfer." If you would like, we will gladly re-run the tape for you. However, we can not guarantee the re-run will yield any better results. Betamax tapes which are 25 or so years old generally show this kind of wear and there is not much that we can do to correct it. I will look into why you weren't made aware of the results when you picked your project up and correct this breakdown in communication internally. Thanks again for the feedback. Pete
