Inexpensive, fast, and professional
It couldn't have been easier to do business. Dropped off my video tape for transfer and a few days later it was done.

Old movies
I used this company twice to transfer 8mm home movies to dvds and they did a fantastic job. They were able to preserve movies some as early as 1947. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Item did not arrive in a timely manner
I was told 3 weeks and the item arrived 5 days after the scheduled date. The quality was not that good either which i feel I should have been told about.

Hi Debbie, I'm sorry you were not 100% satisfied with our services. Orders this time of year take approximately 3 weeks to complete (due to the holiday rush). I apologize that when we set this order up, it wasn't clear that you needed it by a firm date. We always try to meet our customers deadlines and we would have put a rush on your project for you. That being said, the estimated completion date for your project was November 8th. Our records indicate that your project was completed on that date and packaged for shipping. We can not control how long it takes for UPS to get the project to you, but as far as our work was concerned, we completed it exactly when we said we would. The CD you received should be the exact quality of your original LP. We have no notes indicating that there were any issues. Actually, our notes indicate that your original was in great shape. If you would like us to take a look at it and re-run it, let me know. we would gladly do this at no charge and as a rush.

I would highly recommend Envision Video Services. Peter and his staff were super pleasant and followed up with a phone call and email as promised. Processing quality was good and completed earlier than I had expected. I couldn't ask for better customer service. Best part was getting a promotional discount. Very Impressive Work
Envision transferred my vacation video from mini-DVs to a DVD. They made all the edits I asked for flawlessly. The DVD and cover artwork is superb. I'm very pleased.
