Hi Annie, Thank you for your feedback. I am happy you thought our customer service was excellent. We always aim to treat our customers with the respect and compassion they deserve. I know our office manager Linda spent time with you to ensure your files were received safely after your initial issues with sending them via dropbox. I am sorry to read that you did not think that the final video was worthy of 5-stars. The video you contracted us to create was a basic photo slideshow. This type of video consists of showing each photo (in the order they are given to us) on the screen for a few seconds with cross-dissolves between the photos. Additional transitions, motion, animation, or special effects is something that could be added into the video when the budget allows. My understanding is that for this project, there was a tight budget and so there were no add-ons included. If you have any concerns or feel that you did not receive exactly what you wanted, please feel free to contact me directly. Hi Debbie, I'm sorry you were not 100% satisfied with our services. Orders this time of year take approximately 3 weeks to complete (due to the holiday rush). I apologize that when we set this order up, it wasn't clear that you needed it by a firm date. We always try to meet our customers deadlines and we would have put a rush on your project for you. That being said, the estimated completion date for your project was November 8th. Our records indicate that your project was completed on that date and packaged for shipping. We can not control how long it takes for UPS to get the project to you, but as far as our work was concerned, we completed it exactly when we said we would. The CD you received should be the exact quality of your original LP. We have no notes indicating that there were any issues. Actually, our notes indicate that your original was in great shape. If you would like us to take a look at it and re-run it, let me know. we would gladly do this at no charge and as a rush.

Hi Gerry! Thank you for your review of your experience. I apologize that you feel that you weren't provided with all of the necessary information before you came in. We certainly do try to give all of our clients as much information as possible when they call in. Unfortunately not everything comes up on every phone call. Our turn-around time varies depending on the service being provided and on how busy we are. Typically its anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks for most services. When a client wants something done same or next day, we do charge a premium as that requires us to put other projects and work for that day on hold. This is industry standard. This information is freely shared when people call and ask to get their jobs done within a specific, rushed, time frame. Most of the time, people do not need it done quickly, so we don't mention it. In your case, it was probably just some mis-communication. I've made a note in your account and have credited you for $15 towards a future project. We look forward to serving you again. Pete
