Was told Flea collars were on backorder. When I called to find out how long I would have to wait I was told they would be in by the end of the week and would be sent expedited shipping. Two weeks later, two emails and three phonecalls and still haven't received the items.

I ordered a bottle of Cephalexin 250 mg and I paid over $40 for it just to receive an email saying the medication was on back order with no estimate of when I would receive my order! I really NEED this medicine for my pet! I even asked them if they could replace it with another antibiotic that would also cure the infection that my pet has and they never responded back to me! What type of online pharmacy is this? I will be calling them tomorrow to request a refund if they can't send me the medicine I ordered or some type of equivalent because my pet needs the medicine!

If I could give zero stars I would , my American Bully has severe ear allergies and is as we speak suffering from an ear infection , I ordered his prescription a month ago and never received it, we've called only to find out they couldn't find the order, so we produced proof of payment ,almost 50 bucks BTW, then supposedly they found it , was told we would receive a confirmation email , we never got any email, and still no medication, and no money to go any where else, all the required info regarding the vet and the prescription has been provided 2xs now ,no excuse is acceptable, I will never ever use this pharmacy again , they took us for $50 , and I get to watch my precious baby grind his ears into the floor , constantly shaking his head, in misery

The company says my package was delivered but I never received my package. I called several times to speak with customer service, leaving voicemails, yet no response. I have filed complaints with all legal avenues.

they just don’t care. I ordered more than one box of flea and tick medicine and my dog passed away. I called and left a message and emailed to see if there was anything I can do about returning it and they never even bothered to respond.

Horrible customer service. This company placed an order of $288.80 due to some auto ship. We were out of town for 3 weeks, came home with USPS delivery notifications on the door. The med requires a signature and no one signed, so supposedly it was returned to sender. I waited for it to be credited back to my visa, didn’t happen. I’ve been calling many times from 3 months ago up to this day and they keep saying the same thing that a supervisor will be in contact and days pass and again and again, no updates. Representative promised that the manager will call me back today to give an updates but, I didn’t hear anything. This is totally scam, this business should be not allowed to treat their customers like this, this is unacceptable.

On March 26th I canceled an order as it was on BO, even though the website said it was in inventory. I found the shots somewhere else that I could get quicker and cheaper. It is now April 22nd and I still have not received a refund. I have email confirmation that it was canceled and called 8 days after cancellation and got no where. Sent dispute off to PayPal to deal with. We shall see if it gets resolved.

It's been two months, I have never received my pets meds. I've called them 2-3 times. First they said the mail was delay a month. Next they said they would ship out another package to me, but that one also never arrived and I never received any communication about the second package. I finally had to report it to my bank. Do not recommend.
