They had a 15% coupon code on website. When I clicked to shop with code, the first brand on the list was Bravecto but when I tried to order with code it wouldn't work. I sent this complaint to customer service and they blamed marketing. False advertisement! "We understand your frustration and apologize for the confusion. Unfortunately, the sales/customer service team has voiced this issue to marketing, but their stance on the issue does not align with ours."

I never received my order and there was no follow up.

Customer Service was terrible. They do not care about there customers or making things right.

I was going to order Bravecto for my 4 dogs, however after reading all these reviews, I have changed my mind entirely. My advice to this company is to PUT CUSTOMERS FIRST, RUN A LEGITMENT BUSINESS. YOU ARE LOSING SO MUCH BUSINESS BY SCREWING CUSTOMERS!!!!!

AVOID. Incompetent waste of time. Our vet faxed, called and emailed a prescription and they kept saying they never got it. A total hoax and our poor girl has gone without her meds for two weeks.

I think this is a scam. Ordered a medication, got no verification email. A day later I called-no answer. Chat--no one answers. Emails asking for confirmation, no answer. But they took the money out of my bank account. I asked for a refund by email because I didn't want to deal with them anymore and I cannot wait on my cat's meds. He needs them ASAP.

Terrible experience. They approved the flea prescription for all of our animals and sent an email saying they were all approved. Then days later sent an email saying they had reached out to the veterinarian and I saw the order was still pending. I cancelled the whole thing and we went straight to our veterinarian for the medicine. It's easy to give a discount when you never send the medicine.

They didn’t send any update on the order for few days when I called they said the item just went out of stock and they would end up shipping after 1 week.
