More than once I’ve been shorted on my orders. Missing a pill or two from a box and/ or whole boxes missing. While after phone calls /emails it would be corrected, there is also a matter of getting expired or very soon to be expired meds. I now have over 6 mos of meds that expired 7/25. I now have to pay a legit biz for these meds so any savings def not worth it. Costs more in the end.

Slow delivery, unresponsive customer service, ordered from Chewy and it was so easy. Tried to unsubscribe from texts and emails but you keep spamming me from different spoofed phone numbers! I block every one of your texts and report every email as Spam. Leave me alone, I will never (attempt to) order from you again. Also, this review WAS prompted by the company and came in an email with an “unrelated” 20% off coupon…

Don’t sell me something I didn’t buy, I bought a medication in tablet form and you sold it to me in capsule form. I bought it off your website and not someone else because you offered it in tablet form. You take absolutely no responsibility for advertising the wrong product besides covering your own back and changing the website description.

You lost my dogs prescription for simpatico two years in a row. The first year it was eventually found. Last year you never found it. This year I was too scared to mail it to you. My confidence level is extremely low.

I was not told the pain medication I ordered for my dog was a "special order" and that there were none in stock. I was given 3 different arrival dates over the weeks that followed and was getting the med from my vet in small quantities accordingly. Finally got fed up being told different dates every time I called and cancelled the order. I ordered through Chewy. A bit more expensive but at least I got the med. Then several weeks later I get a email from Entirely Pets telling me it is time to refill!! NOPE

It's been about a year and a half since you sent my cat's Rx eyedrops, and about 6+ months since you attempted to. I have sent emails with no response, the website where you go for the subscription is Always down. All I hear from you is email ads. I have never been able to use my accumulated points.

I usually get great service but the GenOne Topical Spray was back ordered and took 7 weeks to ship even though it kept saying it was on the way. I still have not received it and it says delivered. I called and was told they would look into it but could not give me a refund and they would get back to me. I have yet to hear anything, paid for product that I did not get and spent weeks waiting. I ordered from Chewy and got it in 24 hours, not weeks.
