It's easy to use and consistently good prices. But it has one big flaw, I can never complete the sale unless I call in. Doesn't take any of my credit cards. Have told them multiple times but still doesn't work. The other is when you select your pet ( I have 3) when you click on the name the previous data you entered for that does not pop up. Then you have to re-enter everything.

My first time ordering from this company was not so good. I ordered 3 bottles of Azodyl, but I only received one bottle. And after reaching out to them, it took a few days for them to rectify the problem. But they DID rectify it, and that is what is important! And the way they packaged the order is stellar! I live in Las Vegas, where it is HOT right now. Azodyl must be kept cold during shipping. My package just arrived in perfect condition. I would normally give them 5 stars, but I had to knock off one for the error in the first place. But thank you, Entirely Pets. You more than made up for it!

On Sept 2023, I ordered an ointment for my puppy's eye along with some treats. It was a simple order and I received all I purchased. I've been on the - merchant shamelessly short changed me- side more than I should. So when a merchant does their job and shipped all I bought, it should be shared with skeptical customers.
