Just starting with enso, and it's great.

Enso certainly offers a lot of great features to speed things up for a small business. Don't get me wrong - I have come across a lot of bugs that they still need to work out- hence to 4 stars but I will be subscring.

I really love the concept behind Enso and many of its features—it has the potential to replace platforms like Apollo and HubSpot when it comes to CRM and prospecting. The leads provided so far have been high-quality, which is a major plus. However, I’ve experienced a high email bounce rate—nearly 50%—which has impacted outreach effectiveness. I was also excited about the social media automation tools, but unfortunately, there's currently no way to add custom branding or logos to the AI-generated posts. The images and photos it creates are impressive, but not being able to include my company logo is a missed opportunity for brand consistency. Additionally, I had expected to be able to manage multiple companies or brands under a single account, but that functionality hasn’t been available so far. Overall, Enso is a promising product with great potential. That said, I haven’t yet been able to consolidate my other subscriptions as I’d hoped. With a few key improvements—especially around email deliverability, branding, and multi-brand support—I believe Enso could become an all-in-one solution for founders like me.

Their services are great! Their products give you the ability as a business owner small or large scale to tap into resources that can give your business that extra little push. You can even generate targeted list of high quality potential clients that you can email all from with their system. Hands down Enso’s one of the best.

Great resource to get work done without wasting so much time doing social media. Creates great visuals and allows us to post these on social media to show our presence.

Enso.bot refusing to give refund. I rarely used my Enso.bot trial because the product is extremely basic. It barely scratches the surface of what so many other AI tools can do these days. If you’re looking for anything beyond surface-level automation or insights, you’ll probably be disappointed too. Save your time and look elsewhere, there are far better, more robust AI solutions out there.

I tried the program and it was interesting. When I decided to cancel my account, it wouldn't let me get past the verification email part. I sent emails and no responds. They did respond to my message and was able to cancel my account. Too bad I wasn't able to do it during the trial period. The charge is done and I have paid for something I don't use. I wanted to try it out to see how it worked. It does work as advertise, just wasn't the right fit for my business.

Won't even connect to social media account. No support. Very unprofessional
