Absolutely perfect

Before trying the Organic Oud Sampler, I had just experienced one other Oud. So to say that my senses were unprepared for the huge variety of complex and dynamic scents in the sampler is a gross understatement. Honestly, after a week of swiping each of the Ouds and experiencing the way they transform over time, my senses are even MORE confused now than they were before, but it’s the sweetest confusion ever. The variety of Ouds in this sampler have taught me a little about the type of Ouds I prefer, but it’s also taught me that I have A LOT more to learn. I won’t even begin to try and describe the Ouds themselves because experiencing them is almost entirely subjective and besides, I’m far too much of a noob to have developed the vocabulary needed to explain what they smell like. All I can say is that I hope I can grow my knowledge of Ouds in the coming years, and Ensar Oud is the partner and teacher I’m choosing on this journey. Speaking of Ensar Oud, the customer service I’ve experienced has been unparalleled so far, and I have no reason to think that will change. It’s clear that their employees are passionate about sharing the world of Aragwood, Oud, and attars with their customers. In fact, the way they have taken me under their wing feels much more like a teacher-student relationship than a retailer-customer relationship, and for that I am in their debt. I cannot recommend Ensar Oud highly enough (but knowing how precious and limited agarwood is, I feel like keeping them all to myself!). Thank you to everyone at Ensar Oud. You have made my world bigger and more beautiful.
