Hello Abichka, thanks for bringing this to our attention. During transport the oil may seep into the applicator bulb making the vials look empty, but don't worry the oils still there. I shared a video with you via email on how to easily return the oil into the vial for use. Hope that helps!

Hello Philip, thanks for sharing. Time and time again I've seen underwhelming initial reactions turn into absolute love and obsession. So don't judge Mongolian Musk too soon. There's a phenomenon called bottle shock that is very real, and it may just need a moment to breath and recalibrate. You also might find it interesting that the composition has zero lavender in it =) Oh, and go easy on the sprays, that's the surest way to overwhelm your senses and go nose blind to its nuances... Considering that it is great quality, fantastic blending and excellent service, what more can we do to get it to a 5 star experience?

Mohamed, each batch of artisanal oud oil exhibits some variation, which is precisely why we indicate the vintage of the distillation. There is also a phenomenon many experience which is that nothing is ever quite 'as good' as the first experience, especially when that experience is from memory.
