The Oud smells authentic. I got two samples by surprise and the package came 2 days earlier than expected! The 5th star is missing because I made a request in the 'message field' where one can write a note regarding the order. I requested my sample to be sent in a 10% dilution - neither did it come diluted, nor came any reply at all. Other than that Adam seems very responsive and I had a good experience with him and his brand. I highly recommend buying from ensaroud.com to get the real deal!
