Shipping was very quick, but what you get for the price leaves...a lot to be desired. I got the organic oud sample pack and was not very impressed. However, I will say that I'm a pleb when it comes to oud so take this with a few grains of salt.
Update, the owner reached out and I'm blown away with his knowledge and service. From my discussion with him, I'll offer the following: if you like loud projection, heavy sillage and leaving a wake, then the sampler pack may not be the way to go. I think I might try the perfumes as they seem more in line with what I prefer

And there is no need to qualify your opinion. You do not need to be an oud expert to decide whether or not you enjoy what you smell. We would, however, be genuinely interested to understand what left the most to be desired: the quantity, the presentation, or the scents themselves.
Although the vials may appear small, the set contains five 0.3-gram samples, totaling 1.5 grams of 100% pure, wild-harvested oud oil. These are highly concentrated oils intended to be experienced one small swipe at a time. The price reflects the rarity, age, and cost of the actual agarwood material and oils included, not our advertising expenditure.
Wild oud can also smell remarkably different from the familiar “oud” profiles found in conventional perfumes, and its character is not necessarily immediately accessible or universally appealing. That said, I'll reach out privately to find out more about your experience. We would be happy to discuss the individual oils with you and help you get the most from the set.

I absolutely love Ensar Oud fragrances
I absolutely love Ensar Oud fragrances. So far, my favorite is Yusuf Ghalia; it is also the first fragrance I bought from the house. Ever since Ensar Oud, niche and designer fragrances have lost their appeal. EO fragrances are expensive generally but many are no more expensive fragrances from popular niche houses.

Before your purchase, we specifically offered you sample sets so that you could experience the breadth of the Ensar Oud aesthetic and identify the profiles best suited to your tastes. You instead chose to purchase a full bottle independently, without consulting me or another representative about it, and selected one of the most polarizing and challenging compositions we offer. It was not a perfume we had recommended as an introduction to the house.
This is precisely why we encouraged sampling first. Ensar Oud compositions span an enormous aromatic spectrum, and a deliberately challenging fragrance cannot necessarily represent the wider collection or suit every individual taste.
We respect your personal impression of the perfume, but your initial experience resulted from choosing not to follow our sampling recommendation and selecting a composition independently. We would nevertheless be happy to guide you toward a profile more aligned with your preferences should you wish to explore the house further.
