Dear C.
Not only does Ensar offer the best Oud oils on the planet, but his customer service and generosity are phenomenal. I've purchased from them for years and have received impeccable customer service and great products.

One of my most beloved products. Quality, unique story behind the production, even poetry in marketing approach...

A zero rating is appropriate. I have received the fragrances, and after applying the free sample, it is clear that the words to describe these fragrances on the website are no more than knock-off poetry, as the fragrances themselves. Watch for words as mystic, sultan, years of distilling, and geography lessons to describe these products. After using the free sample, it was clear that the fragrances are not what they are supposed to be. Read the return policy, and you will know the guilt they place on you for returning their product. Mr. Riding has stumbled upon poetry and cheap labor to exploit untrained noses into buying Ensar's product. Shipping is from Jordan.

Thanks Khurram. You are basing your entire experience off of a free sample? What about the rest of your order?
