Hi Francisco, We're sorry to hear you're having issues with this. The Easel cases you ordered most certainly do support wireless charging (see here: https://youtu.be/wriQi4nA0dM), so either the wireless charging pad you are trying to use with the doesn't have the signal strength to begin charging your phone, OR it's simply not placed on the charging pad properly. Please keep in mind that The Easel is NOT compatible with MagSafe chargers, as indicated in the product description. Regardless, we want to do what we can to help you. Try using another wireless charger to see if it does the trick. If you feel like you have a defective product from us, let us know and we'll gladly exchange it for you. - Enphold
